Online Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Ivy Cross Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms:

Consultations

A consultation fee of £45 is required at the time of booking.

The consultation fee is redeemable against treatment provided within 3 months of the consultation date.

Treatment Appointments

A booking fee of 50% of the stated treatment price is required when booking treatment appointments online.

For treatments listed as “from £…”, the booking fee is calculated from the stated starting price.

New Patients

All new patients are required to attend a consultation before any treatment can be provided.

Treatment suitability will be assessed during the consultation, and treatment cannot be guaranteed.

Appointment Confirmation

Some appointments may require manual confirmation before being finalised.

Medical Information

Patients must provide accurate and complete medical information. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications or contraindications may result in treatment being postponed or declined.

Treatment Eligibility

All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and suitability. Ivy Cross Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is not considered appropriate, safe or in the patient’s best interests.
