Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

More Than 48 Hours’ Notice

Appointments may be rescheduled without charge.

Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice

Consultation fees and booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable if:

• An appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

• A patient fails to attend their appointment.

• A patient arrives too late for treatment to be safely completed.

Clinic Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we need to rearrange your appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as possible.

Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to consider exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
