Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
More Than 48 Hours’ Notice
Appointments may be rescheduled without charge.
Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or appointments where the client arrives too late for the treatment to be carried will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
Clinic Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we need to rearrange your appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as possible.
Exceptional Circumstances
We reserve the right to consider exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
