AFTERCARE – DERMAL FILLER INJECTIONS

What to Expect

Mild swelling, redness, tenderness or bruising at the injection sites is common and usually settles within several days.
Temporary firmness or unevenness may be felt as the product integrates into the tissue.
Results are often visible immediately but continue to refine as swelling resolves.

Aftercare Advice

  • Avoid touching, rubbing or massaging the treated areas unless specifically instructed

  • Avoid makeup for 12 hours

  • Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol and heat exposure for 24–48 hours

  • Avoid facial treatments, dental procedures or aesthetic treatments for 2 weeks

  • Sleep with the head elevated on the first night where possible

Important Information

Dermal fillers are designed to integrate gradually with the surrounding tissue.
Minor asymmetry or firmness during the settling period can be normal and will usually improve without intervention.
